Health is nothing but a state of physical, mental and social well-being in which disease and infinity are absent.
An example of such a definition of health is: "A state characterized by anatomic, physiologic, and psychological integrity; ability to perform personally valued family, work, and community roles; ability to deal with physical, biological psychological, and social stress".
The World Health Organization (WHO) proposed a definition that aimed higher: linking health to well-being in terms of "physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity".
Actually we have to maintain two Types of health. Physical health & Mental health.
So for our healthy life we must follow the following hard & fast Rules.
1.Diet Controllling.
2.Proper sleeping according to Age.
3.Exercise.
4.Role of public health.
5.Role of science.
6.Self-care strategies.
